DANCE FITNESS CLASSES

Hi Chelmer/Graceville Community.

My name is Sandra and I'm the owner of Sing, Shake & Shimmy Dance Fitness Classes located in Graceville and Corinda.

Sing, Shake & Shimmy is a general dance fitness class. I use music from different decades and create fun dance fitness routines that you can sing along too whilst getting a fantastic cardio workout.

I teach two classes each week.

Tuesday morning at 9.30am at the Corinda Bowls Club.

Tuesday evening at 6.30pm at the Graceville Presbyterian Church Hall.

Class cost is $18 and for that one hour I'll make you forget all your stress and you'll leave feeling energised and uplifted.

Bookings are required as numbers are capped in the halls.

Wondering what this class is like? Why not come along and see for yourself. You don't have to be a dancer, you've just got to love to dance. This class is for all fitness levels. 💃🏻

Message me for details on how to join. Come alone (and make new friends) or grab a friend or two to dance with you.
