Our gorgeous new pony Clover had her first ride yesterday, we're so happy with her!!

Despite her being very flighty and cautious on the ground, we were pleasantly suprised with her education under saddle. You never know how horses from the sales will go 🤣 She was super relaxed which is awesome!!

She's on the lazier side (which is good!!), and has a fantastic personality. I'm really excited for her future here 💞

HELP US NAME OUR NEW HORSE!! Update- looks like her name is Clover!!

What happens when you leave me unsupervised and inside for 24 hours? This happens.
She is a very sweet 10 year old brumby x quarter horse mare, 13.3hh. Previously broken in & then has been used as a broodmare, she is very skittish but is already coming along nicely!!

We need a new name for her and can't decide between Clover or River.

LESSONS ARE BACK!!! At our new Mapleton facility!

We had to take a break from lessons for the past few months as we were too busy with trail rides.

I'm super happy to announce that we have brought an instructor in on a full time basis, starting right after we move to our new property!

Meet Sarah!
Sarah has many years of experience, including competition experience in eventing, jumping, and dressage.
She has worked for multiple high- level coaches & instructors all across the globe, and has brought that wealth of experience & knowledge with her to us!

Sarah has the ability to work with riders of all ages and experience levels in a kind, calm, manner which allows riders to get the most out of their lessons.

Adult riders, riders coming back after a break/ injury, beginners, intermediate riders, nervous riders, and riders with autism/ ADHD are all things that she will be able to cater towards.

At this stage, only private lessons are available while Sarah gets to know our horses and students, however we have big plans for group lessons and more clinics in the coming months!

Jumping, cross country, and pole work lessons will be available soon.

Located in Kiamba, near Mapleton!

Our first Ewen Maddock Dam ride was a huge success!! Heaps of fun was had by horses & riders alike, we saw some absolutely gorgeous wildlife and had lots of trotting & cantering opportunities.

WE ARE MOVING!!! (plus a discount code at the end of the post!)

We are SUPER excited to announce that we will be moving to a new property on the 5th of October!
Our new property is located in Kiamba, and backs onto Mapleton National Park. It is significantly larger than our current property, and offers some absolutely beautiful trails in the national park!!

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR OUR RIDERS?

For those of you from Gympie, Noosa & surrounds- the drive will be slightly longer. It is about 30-35 minutes from Noosa, whereas our old property was 15-20.
For those of you from the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Gold Coast and surrounds- the drive will be about 30 minutes faster!

Until the 4th, trail rides will run as normal from our Cooroibah property. All rides after the 4th will be ran from our Mapleton property!

LESSONS- We will have a new instructor on board (intro posts to come soon!) and will be able to offer lessons once again, after the 4th of October. Lessons are available to book on our website now!

TRAIL RIDES- most of our trail rides will stay the same. We will be able to offer some trails on- property, and the rest will be in the national park.
Our off-property trail rides will remain the exact same.
The only changes are to our lake rides, as we will no longer be able to ride directly there. They have now been moved to our Off-Property section, and will be held at Lake Weyba.

Any trail ride bookings already made for after the 4th of October will stay the same, but please get in touch if you have any further questions!

PSA- these ferns are toxic to horses if eaten in a large enough capacity, so please don't let your horses gorge themselves! Our vet has assured us that a few bites every now & again won't have any negative effects on horses 🐴

Beginner- Novice 2 hour trail ride, 8 spots left! 8am, beat the heat!

We have just had a group cancel their booking, so we have a rare weekend ride completely available!
There are no more weekend dates for 2 hour rides until NOVEMBER.

$180 per rider, suitable for all levels of riders! Riders who have experience and are confident & competent will still be given opportunities to trot & canter, however the ride is overall a slower pace than our intermediate- experienced rides.
