Youth training clinics to build SPORT SPEED and learn fundamentals of SPEED DEVELOPMENT.

Sessions will include:

Our Come & Try Sessions are designed especially for new athletes to come along, have some fun and experience what athletics at Rockingham Districts is all about.

𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐞 & 𝐓𝐫𝐲 𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐬:
A Come & Try registration form must be completed for insurance purposes- one form per athlete.

Wear a WHITE shirt and plain Black shorts, enclosed shoes and bring a water bottle.
