Years ago I thought “heel elevated squats” were just cheating on not having long enough calves to do proper squats… which is still a challenge if you don’t so working on your calves is still necessary.
BUT: if you want to build some stability around your knees then PHEW.. elevated squats are fantastic!!!
I’d highly recommend doing them S L O W L Y 🔥 for maximum results 💪🏼
