🏐 SHADOW & INTERCEPT 🔥

A great defensive drill to work on footwork, body positioning, timing & reading the ball.

🔹 Set the attacker up in a V movement pattern.
🔹 The attacker chooses a side to drive towards.
🔹 Defender stays tight on the body, shadowing the attacker’s movement.
🔹 As the ball is released, the defender attacks the ball — contest, get a hand to it or take the intercept! 💪
