We’ve had a few new members lately… they’re not very good at following instruction, find it hard to pick up the kettlebells and haven’t paid their memberships yet…. Just as well they’re cute 🥰

After two weeks of rest and relaxation, we are back to training this Friday, overlooking the beautiful Coogee Beach. Bring on sweat and sunrise 😆

With NSW restrictions easing on Friday, I am delighted to announce that our bootcamps will resume from Monday, 18th May.
It's been a challenging time and keeping active has been tough, but we are so excited to start training again next week overlooking the beautiful Coogee Beach.
Classes will run on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 6am or 6.40am. Due to restrictions, class numbers are strictly limited to 9 members per class.
We would love to see you back training and hope that you can join us, now that restrictions have eased.
Places are strictly limited, so please get in touch to secure your place.

We’re really lucky at BeachFit and Wellbeing to be able to still workout - outdoors, lots of space and can still pack in a challenging session without equipment and self-brought mats.
