There’s a big difference to being in shape and being ripped! Which one you having left or right?

Haven’t been doing a lot of weights lately just mainly eating and drinking, but getting my cardio in everyday. My aim is to pick things up so I can be a beast! 💥🚀

45 mins weights. 45 mins cardio fasted! I don’t normally fast but the last few days I haven’t been feeling the best and I’ve lost my appetite. Today I’ll try get my calories up! 💥🚀
