With the success of the previous months Foil Camps I have set aside some time for some more camps both locally and up in Lennox Head/Ballina.

The next Sydney Day Foil Camp will be on the Northern Beaches on Saturday July 17th be sure to book your spot with only 6 spots available.

The following week I will be heading up the coast and running two Earth x Casey Foil Camp at Lennox Head/Ballina. The beginner camp wll run from Wednesday July 21st until Friday July 23rd and the intermedaite camp from Saturday July 24th until Monday July 26th.

As of Thursday March 25 we have 8 weeks to get ready for 12 Towers. If you're like me you've been paddling and staying active but I haven't really been training towards a certain goal. This prorgam will get you ready for the Tech Race and Downwind Race so you hit the ground running at 12 Towers.

Join me in my lead up to the first big race in a while including:
• 8 weeks of specific training for 12 Towers
• Fortnightly zoom call to discuss the next block of training coming up
• 2 months of access to the coach Casey Modules with a step by step guide on all the skills you need to master 12 Towers
