All teams have been refunded so please check your accounts over the next few days to make sure they have been deposited into the correct account.
The only team I haven’t heard from is Joel Conroy please double check your email address and send me your bank details .

This weekend is one for the whole family with the kids having their own divisions .
2 days of competition testing your fitness and having some great fun with your mates .

Hey team here’s the standards for the kids and teens for Coastal Chaos Next Gen on the 27th and 28th of April . Our aim is to make it one big weekend for the whole family to be part of and to showcase the talent of the next generation in a fun and friendly atmosphere .Next Gen will be an individual comp, they will have a beach wod on the Saturday that will involve a wade for 7-11 and a short swim for 12-14 . Categories are the age that the athlete is on the comp day .

Ages juniors 7-11
We are here to have fun in a safe environment and we want to see our juniors moving well with no external load . As a guide we will be programming body weight movements eg squats, push-ups , knee raises / toes to bar , run, row , skip , lunges, bar hangs, boxjumps, wallwalks etc . There may be some functional carries at a light load prescribed .
