Another great urban warfare experience. Harrison get the win with a beautiful performance. So good, we couldn't expect anything more from him. His opponent brought the heat, but "dirty harry" was just too good. Dustin had a close call against Darby from Dorrigo - much respect to both for giving us a great fight, this one went to team Dorrigo. Stu gets the first round KO .. pure destruction. Wild night, thanks for having us on again, see you at the next one. Well done boys!!

This week we bid farewell to two OG's Jed and Henry (Henry left abruptly before I could snag a pic). If Coffs Harbour Boxing Club had a hall of fame, you two would be the primary exhibits. Definitely a bitter-sweet moment for me as a coach, but they've got lives to live and people to become. Good luck at uni/ the army. Remember to visit your poor old coach if you're in town.

I pride myself on getting the most out of every student who attends my youth boxing classes. Classes are limited to six or fewer students, allowing for genuine individual attention. Training is rigorous—from fundamentals through cardio—but the environment remains relaxed, so kids can still be kids. I help them build confidence, learn realistic self-defence, and develop the skills needed to pursue boxing more seriously if they choose.
