Life lately… slowing down to the max! It’s been a journey back to myself and rediscovering all the beauty that is within the little things. Writing, painting, drawing, journaling, gentle walks, sleep ins, long naps, early bed times, good food, soul food, loving company, family, rest, reading, being amongst nature and animals, bird watching and planting flowers. The biggest and most important lesson has been: to tune in to what I am feeling, slowing down when my body is calling for it and looking in rather than running from my shadow. Chronic fatigue is one of the hardest things I’ve had to learn how to manage, and I’ve been so lucky to have my beautiful, cheeky, sexy and incredible partner Joshwa 💕 by my side 🌸. Love you x
