Whale action is INSANE lately - this weekend looks good, high recommend for a 90 minute trip out to be with the whales on their southern migration!!
During southern migration, whales are headed back to antarctic waters and travel a little slower, enjoying some scenic stop offs on the journey home ♥️

Thanks whales! Shot on today’s Whale Watching boat by Sharyn Coffee Photography — it seems the whales have been spying on us and trying to communicate the way we do 😉 they did pretty good we think!!

Conditions this coming weekend don’t look good, but what does look good is knowing how to react in an emergency! A few things you can do to help yourself and the community should you ever be caught in a situation that needs emergency response.

This weekend was nothing short of amazing out at South Solitary Island on Saturday & Sunday Dive 1. BLUE BLUE Water, 25m+ visibility and 20 degrees. Loads of Grey Nurse still around at South Sol, had about 15 on Saturday!
On Sunday, a Northerly picked up and we decided it was best to start heading back and take dive 2 at Split Solitary, which was wobbegong heaven! About 19C and 15m+ visibility there - still incredible.
Congratulations to all the new open water divers, we hope you had an amazing time and we can’t wait to see you again soon for some fun dives!
