We welcome expressions of interest from participants looking for their new Supported Independent Living (SIL) home, as well as participants seeking local Short-Term Accommodation (STA) or respite.

We are also excited to share that we are very soon to be a registered NDIS provider! 🎉✨ Having successfully passed our NDIS registration audit, we are now eagerly awaiting our official registration status.

Kiarra has spent the last few weeks working on this puzzle in our activity space whenever she had some spare time in her schedule, showing incredible patience, determination and problem-solving skills along the way. 💪🧩

The puzzle definitely had its challenges! Being 3D, the lighting made it difficult to see at times, and Kiarra even came up with a clever solution by turning the pieces over to join them without the 3D effect. What fantastic problem-solving! 👏

Recently relocating from Sydney, Cate brings experience across both direct support work and the administrative and operational side of the disability support sector. Having worked closely with participants as well as behind the scenes, she understands just how important thoughtful communication, consistency and quality support are.

Cate will be available Monday to Friday and is always happy to assist with any questions, feedback, concerns or anything else you may need support with.

She’ll be working closely with our entire team to help ensure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly and, most importantly, that our participants continue to receive the quality, compassionate and person-centred support they deserve. 🌸

🍝 Cooking Skills & Building Independence 🍝

Bri loves to cook, and one of her specialities is lasagna! ❤️

Here she is making a delicious pork lasagna, and she absolutely nailed every step from start to finish. From preparing the ingredients and assembling the layers to getting it into the oven, Bri handled it all beautifully. 👏

There’s something pretty special about seeing a beautiful lasagna come out of the oven and enjoying those amazing smells throughout the kitchen… but even better is knowing the family gets a night off cooking and can sit down together and enjoy a delicious home-cooked meal! 🥰

Well done, Bri! Your cooking skills are certainly something to be proud of! 👩‍🍳✨

🎉 Celebrating Candice! 🎂💗

Friday was a very special day as participants and support workers came together to celebrate Candice’s birthday and, at the same time, farewell her as she prepares to relocate interstate. 💕

Being such a big fan of the delicious food at GYG, SW Rachel got creative and put together some amazing decorations for the cake and activity space. 🌮🎂✨

Participants also put their creativity and heart into making beautiful homemade gifts for Candice, making the day extra meaningful. 🎁💐

There were plenty of great conversations, lots of laughter, wonderful memories made and, of course… CAKE! 🎂🥳

We are certainly going to miss Candice and the wonderful friendships and connections she has made with our Complete Support & Co family. 💗

⛑️ Keeping our training up to date ⛑️

At Complete Support & Co, the safety and wellbeing of our participants is always our priority. That’s why you can rest assured knowing that every member of our dedicated team is trained in First Aid and CPR. 🩹❤️

Our team members complete their full First Aid training every 3 years, along with a CPR refresher every 12 months to ensure their skills and knowledge remain current.

And it doesn’t stop with our support workers! Our administration and management team also maintain their First Aid and CPR training, so we’re equipped to step in and respond in an emergency whenever needed. 🙌

We are so proud of this wonderful group of participants and support workers, and even prouder of the genuine friendships and connections that have formed along the way. 💛

Kiarra, Bri Candice and Susan regularly come together to build capacity, learn life skills and, most importantly, have plenty of fun along the way! From cooking together and playing handball, to getting active, battling it out over UNO and exploring the local area, there is always something happening. 🙌

It’s wonderful to see friendships grow while everyone is learning new skills, building confidence, staying active and enjoying each other’s company. 🥰
