Robbie dropped 18.4kg 😳 Starting at 101.9kg and finishing at 83.5kg. From the beginning Robbie got straight to work. He prioritised getting his meals prepped in advance so he never gave himself the ability to fall back into old habits. Like all nutrition plans, the food that was laid out and his meal plan adjustments were based on a list of food Robbie had given that he absolutely loved and would like incorporated into his meal plan.

Robbie simply showed up day after day no matter how he felt with his ‘why’ in mind. The question he’d ask himself regularly - Why am I doing what I’m doing? His motivating driver was committing to create a better way of living for himself, his family and lead by example after his fiance fell pregnant with his son.

What an incredible change in body composition and a complete 180 degree turn to Robbie’s lifestyle and way of living. One truly inspirational transformation.

When Nic started coaching, he did it to support a close friend but the changes he made were far more than he’d initially planned to work towards. Nic’s training partner moved to the UK but the results he’d made inspired him to keep working towards a better mindset, a stronger physique and a better body composition. The remarkable difference dropping only 5.9kg made to Nic physique is incredible.

For the first time in Nic’s life, he was proud of the physique he had built and the complete 180 degree change he’d made to his lifestyle. Nic’s own words “this is the most energy I’ve ever had in my life and the first time I’ve ever looked like this”.

Before vs Now:

Never meal prepped > All meals prepped in advance
Never stepped foot in a gym > Trained 4-5 days per week
Sleeping 4-5 hours per night > 7 hours minimum
7k steps > 10k minimum daily
Low energy/unmotivated > More energy than ever

 Current Weight/Photos: 68.2kg

Tom’s goal was to never get six pack abs. In his own words, he simply wanted to “drop a few kgs” and put some form of effort towards his health. After having kids, nutrition and training was last on Tom’s priority list but there was also a point where he didn’t really know what to do or where to start. That’s where we came in. We created a structured plan that would suit Tom’s ability to get even better results than he’d hoped for.

Tom was able to lose 10kg in 20 weeks while still having a couple of drinks each week and attending a few big events in the same time frame. Tom also hit a milestone getting below 80kg for the first time in 15 years 😳

Toms results:

- 10kg down in 20 weeks - Avg 500g per week
- Averaged 11k steps per day on weekdays
- Averaged 9k steps per day on weekends
- 3 strength sessions a week
- Decrease waist measurement by 8cm

How it worked:

- Increased step targets where possible
- Snack, mid morning and lunch meals were prepped in advance
- Kept meal plan quick and easy to prepare
- Set 3 non-negotiable sessions per week
- Meal plan was based on Tom’s favourite foods
- Decreased calorie intake around events to account for additional cals
- If alcohol was consumed, output was increased to account for extra cals

Brad has 3 young kids and runs a successful business, so time availability for training is limited to 3 strength days per week. On the other days, Brad would hit a 45–60 minute walk before the sun came up. For him to achieve his goal, he had to make time. If he didn’t get his steps in early, they wouldn’t get done due to work commitments and kids.

Brad’s results are a prime example of the importance of designated time each day towards daily movement. The biggest change in weight and reduction in body fat came when he incorporated the early morning walks on his non-training days so his overall daily output was above his calorie intake.

How it worked:

- Increased daily steps from 3k to an average of 12k
- Had 2 meals premade by a local food prep company
- Made breakfast and mid-morning meals 3 days in advance
- Weighed food instead of eyeballing

What he navigated:

- Multiple international business trips
- Business owner
- 3 kids
- Minimum 12+ hour days, 6 days per week
- Dietary restrictions: Coeliac

An incredible 11kg difference in Brenton’s progress photos starting at 103.1kg and currently weighing in at 92kg. One of the biggest hindrances to Brenton’s progress to begin with was his inconsistency from weekdays to weekends. All the progress he’d make throughout the week was overthrown by veering off far too heavily over the weekend. Once he was able to bridge the gap between Mon-Fri and Sat-Sun is where his progress really started to show.

He’s been able to learn through personal experience the importance of 80% all of the time rather than 100% sometimes. Brenton has two young children and has still been able to make tremendous progress in his body composition and his strength while enjoying a drink over the weekend, eating out with friends and family and not hitting a step target every single day. Progress is made where you have more good days than bad days. Brenton’s transformation shows just how much progress can be made without having to be totally restricted, remove socialising altogether and having to be absolutely perfect.

When Callum started, he was right in the middle of his party era. Enjoying the beers a little more than recommended but a lot of the time it comes with the territory of being in your early 20’s and working FIFO.

Callum had gotten to the point where he wanted to make a solid change towards his health and fitness but working a 2:1 roster made it difficult with the environment he was in, drinking after work each night with the rest of his crew. When Callum came on board, he was mentally locked in, ready to make the necessary adjustments and by the photos above, made a dramatic lifestyle change.

The surprising part of his transformation, he didn’t completely stop socialising and having drinks with his crew after work, he just moderated how many nights he’d drink and moderated the amount he was drinking when he did. He still enjoyed eating out a few nights when he was home. Plain and simple, Callum was 80% all of the time, rather than 100% sometimes. He made some very impressive changes and by his own words “best I’ve ever felt in those seconds photos”.

He looks better, feels better and completely shifted the trajectory of both to a far more positive place.

Great body composition changes for Kevin in only 8 weeks!

Prior to starting Kevin didn’t really have much of an understanding of nutrition what he should be eating. He’d train and use how he was looking as a gauge whether his calorie intake was too high or just right and simply eat less if needed

To be honest, that’s a skill within itself but the real results came when Kevin started tracking his food, structuring his training and prioritising increasing his step count since it was only sitting around 300-3500 steps per day. His this period of time Kevin was still able to go out for a burger once a week which was something he didn’t want to give up so we worked it in. He also travelled to Sydney for a week and still got it done!

All that we did was make some minor tweaks and the rest is history. Great progress photos in the space of 8 weeks with no drastic changes and was able to go on holiday for a week and still have his beloved burger night once a week. Simply tracking instead of guessing. It goes a long way!

8.9kg down for Jake in just over 7 months while working FIFO. The food at some mine site camps can be difficult to track accurately but Jake stayed consistent between his time at work and his time at home even when things weren’t in his favour

It can be a little tricky to keep things the same week to week for those who do FIFO but it isn’t impossible, it just takes planning and accountability. Due to the structure of 12-14 hour days for one week then complete days off the following, it’s very easy to lose the momentum while at home when the daily structure at work is so rigid. We created a nutrition plan that was lenient enough that Jake was able to still enjoy everything he wanted while creating the change he desperately needed

In his own words, Jake had let himself go and really wanted to prioritise what’s important. Focus on creating a better relationship to food and exercise, stay consistent even with drastically different weeks and be proud of the physique he was able to build

An amazing 8.4kg transformation for a mother of 6! Tara will never take a compliment but even at her starting point of 66kg, she was already in great shape. Tara’s number one priority has always been her children and for her, there’s no exception.

Tara was always sceptical of doing measurements and progress photos but looking back, it’s evident how pleased she is that we did them - “I can’t stop looking at these pics”. Tara’s understanding of nutrition certainly wasn’t bad prior to starting but the biggest results came when she started tracking nutrition. Weighing food and prepping her meals in advance. It meant she was able to have a clear understanding of where her calorie intake was and where her calorie output needed to be in order to place her into a calorie deficit. Having such a busy schedule, it was paramount she was as time effective as possible. Everything was organised in advance which played a pivotal role in the progress she was able to make

Tara was training 3-5 days per week, working full time, fully committed and present to her 6 children while getting the strongest she’d ever been and dropping body fat in the process

Mark has been able to build a heap of muscle, get ridiculously strong in the process and look like this at over 60 years old!

We all want spring out of bed every morning and it’s pretty damn rare you hear of a 60+ year old doing exactly that. That’s been Mark life since switching where his priorities lie and focusing on his health, his nutrition and his training

Mark was asked “when was the last time you felt as good as you do now?” and his response was: “I haven’t had this much energy since I was in my 20’s”

Age is just a number and Mark is living proof of that. It’s one thing being able to get the results you didn’t think were possible but it completely changing the trajectory of your life is another

In just over 14 months, Mark decreased his waist measurement by 15.5cm, have more energy now than he’s had in 35 years (emoji), dropped 11.5kg and looks and feel better than most people do half his age!
