As of Tuesday this week all 9:30am classes moved to 8:30am for this week only.

As of Tuesday this week all 11am classes will be moved to 10am, and these 10am classes are invite only.

Wednesday 10am positional sparring
Thursday 10am sparring
Friday 10am grappling

Any fighters with a fight booked are automatically invited, plus their training partners, will reach out to invite you. If you think you were accidentally missed out from being contacted please let us know.

If this impacts your ability to train this week, apologies - we are happy to pause membership fees for this week.
