Hello wonderful Yogis
I am excited to share that I have returned to yoga teaching.
Closing my small yoga studio at Redcliffe was a very difficult choice but I am excited to be teaching again.
You can find me at New Dawn Pilates and Yoga in Cleveland. I am teaching a regular Vinyasa Class on Thursday at 6:15pm.
New Dawn Pilates & Yoga is a beautiful studio based in Cleveland offering Yoga, Pilates and Zumba.

It seems the universe is telling me to rest. I am home sick with a cold and DO not wish to spread my germs.
Sincerest apologies but I am not well enough to run tonight's class.
❤️️ Tuesday Vin Yin 11th will be running at 7:30.
I am then heading away for family time over Easter. So
-closed Thursday 13th
💜 classes resuming Tuesday 18th Vinyasa 7:30pm.
I do however have some good news. I am starting my Level 2 yoga facilitator course. Primarily to reconnect and deepen my own practice but I am excited to see how these modules will add so much more to your yoga Linc studio classes as I share this journey with you.
