School holidays are upon us and so is a shift in our routines!! It's ok, we'll see some of you back very soon ☕️ 🤸🏻♀️
In the meantime, we have taken our 6am classes off the schedule for the next 2 weeks to coincide with school holidays.
Everyone can enjoy a rest and then we are back to our usual schedule Monday July 13.
You may also also noticed we have added some more Active Recovery classes to the schedule! Get your AR fix Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays 😇
