Dedication and commitment!

Sharon Van Geelan.. what a competitor. I've been coaching Sharon for about 2 1/2 years now. She initially called me saying she wanted to compete having had very little weight training experience, previously being involved in national level rollerskating.
This woman is a true work horse. No matter what I threw at her since we started working together she surpassed my expectations. Her ability to take on a task and excell in it is rare and a pleasure to see. It makes my job so much easier.
Last Sunday Sharon competed in the PCA Australian Open winning her main division, Figure Toned and placing 2nd in Figure Novice.
A phenomenal result for a 1st timer.
In my 15 years of coaching I have to say mature women got it going on in this industry. I'm so very proud of my girls and cant wait to see them present an even better package at their next show.

So proud of this woman winning the Overall Figure category at the PCA Australian Open last Sunday.

This phenomenomal woman is the most inspirational woman I have had the privilege to prep taking out the recent PCA show as the Overall Female Champion just over a week ago. The perfect competitor understanding that although it hurts, this is what needs to be done.. without complaining .. just getting the job done. What a pleasure. And thank you to for all your help and a great show ❤️
