And the Ruwaybidah will speak, they asked what is a ruwaybidah, The Prophet (saw) said it is the Fool who speaks on public affairs.

O Messenger Of Allah.
He (saw) said,

Malik Ibn Anas (ra) once advised a young man, O son of my brother! Learn manners before knowledge. The young man asked why! The great companion of RasulAllah (saw) replied because knowledge without character is like a brave warrior without a weapon. It might impress but it can not protect. Your character is not just an addition to your knowledge rather it’s the vessel that holds it, if the vessel is cracked, the knowledge leaks away.
