CB Turtles had their own version of EKKA last night. Bucket ball, horse race, golf, shooting duck gallery, table pong, darts, bag toss, puzzle, wheel ring surprise and finished with popcorn. Scouts started with an empty sample bag and won treats through the night. Great time had by all. Thanks to Burra, Milang and CB Group Leader for your help.

Joey & Cub Scout information Evening

Location: Chermside-Burul Scout Group, Redbourne St West Chermside located in
Huxtable Park
The Chermside-Burul Scout group invites interested parents and their children along to an information
session on Joey Scouts and Cub Scouts at our group. This is for children aged 5 to 10 years old. Our
group is restarting Joey Scouts in term 2 and are looking for interested children to join in our program.
At the same time we are also looking to boost our numbers in our Cub section.
While our leaders keep your children busy, we can talk about what Scouting involves and look at
meeting days and times that would work for everyone. Children to wear casual clothes, enclosed
shoes and bring a water bottle.
