“I’m staying for six weeks and that’s it.” 😂
That’s what Dimi told me when she first walked through the door — little Miss Evie just 2 months old, parked up in her stroller watching Mum train.
Six weeks came and went.
And now? More than 3 years later and I can’t get rid of her. 🤣
Dimi is part of the furniture at Hustle Hub. Every challenge, she’s in. Every competition, she’s in. The 80’s parties, the nights out, the bootcamps, the beach events, the runs — she’s THERE. Usually at the front. 😅
And here’s what I love most — she doesn’t just show up. She turns up. Consistent every single week, always training to the next level, always pushing that little bit further.
And Evie? Gone are the days of sitting still in that stroller — she’s rocking the room, looking after all the bubs, making us laugh, befriending everyone in the studio just like her Mum…… and also keeping her mum firmly on her toes.
We absolutely love having these two as part of our community. 🧡

Let’s stop training for six-packs... and start training for real life.
Motherhood asks a lot of our bodies.
Every day we’re lifting babies, toddlers and growing kids, carrying the shopping, loading prams into the car, getting up and down off the floor, carrying a child on one hip while trying to do a hundred other jobs... and somehow we just get on with it.
That’s why having a strong core matters.
Not because it gives you visible abs, but because it gives you the strength and stability to keep doing all of those everyday things with confidence. A strong core supports your back, improves your posture and helps your body cope with everything motherhood throws at it.
