“I’m staying for six weeks and that’s it.” 😂
That’s what Dimi told me when she first walked through the door — little Miss Evie just 2 months old, parked up in her stroller watching Mum train.
Six weeks came and went.
And now? More than 3 years later and I can’t get rid of her. 🤣
Dimi is part of the furniture at Hustle Hub. Every challenge, she’s in. Every competition, she’s in. The 80’s parties, the nights out, the bootcamps, the beach events, the runs — she’s THERE. Usually at the front. 😅
And here’s what I love most — she doesn’t just show up. She turns up. Consistent every single week, always training to the next level, always pushing that little bit further.
And Evie? Gone are the days of sitting still in that stroller — she’s rocking the room, looking after all the bubs, making us laugh, befriending everyone in the studio just like her Mum…… and also keeping her mum firmly on her toes.
We absolutely love having these two as part of our community. 🧡
Because here’s what nobody tells you — a challenge isn’t the finish line. It’s the start line. Dimi came for six weeks and found somewhere to belong.

Coach’s confession: I haven’t trained properly in weeks. 😳

Yep. Me. The one telling you to keep showing up.

Life got busy, work has been busy, busy with the kids ….. and my “training” turned into walking to the kettle and back. It happens to all of us — even the person coaching you through it.

We’re halfway through winter and I want to walk into spring feeling amazing, not like I’ve hibernated my way there. So I’ve made a decision — I’m doing the Pre-Spring Edit Challenge right alongside you.

Not from the front. Not “watch me”. With you.

The Pre-Spring Edit 💗 8 Week Challenge

Let’s stop training for six-packs... and start training for real life.

Motherhood asks a lot of our bodies.

Every day we’re lifting babies, toddlers and growing kids, carrying the shopping, loading prams into the car, getting up and down off the floor, carrying a child on one hip while trying to do a hundred other jobs... and somehow we just get on with it.

That’s why having a strong core matters.

Not because it gives you visible abs, but because it gives you the strength and stability to keep doing all of those everyday things with confidence. A strong core supports your back, improves your posture and helps your body cope with everything motherhood throws at it.

That’s exactly why my upcoming 8 Week Abs & B***y Challenge has a strong focus on building your core and your glutes.

Because when you build strong foundations, everything else becomes stronger too.

I hear this one all the time.

As mums, it’s easy to think the answer to a strong core is endless sit-ups and chasing a six-pack.

But that’s not where we start.

The priority is rebuilding from the inside out and creating a strong foundation. Without that foundation, you’re simply building on unstable ground.

Because when your foundations are strong, everything else becomes stronger too.

A weak core can often contribute to lower back pain, poor posture and feeling less confident in your movement.

That’s exactly why my upcoming 8 Week Challenge has a focus on abs & b***y!!

Because when your core and glutes are strong, you move better, lift with more confidence, support your back, improve your posture and feel stronger in everyday life.
