This milestone represents so much more than a number. Itโ€™s a testament to Belโ€™s dedication, consistency, resilience, and commitment to her health and wellbeing. Through regular early mornings at 6am, challenging workouts, and countless personal victories, Bel showed up- what an inspiration!
