A great start to the season! 🤸‍♀️✨

Our State Squad kicked off their 2026 competition season at the Gymnastics NSW Intermediate State Trial 1 over the weekend, and what a way to start!

Every one of our groups finished on the podium, placing top 3 overall in their divisions and securing qualification to the NSW State Championships. 👏🏆

We’re so proud of the performances our athletes delivered to open the season. There’s plenty to celebrate, but there’s also plenty to keep building on as we head towards Trial 2 and the State Championships. ❤️🖤🤍

What a week for Team SXL at the 2026 Australian Championships!

Our six SXL groups proudly represented NSW on the national stage, returning home with:

🥇 2 Australian Champion titles
🥈 5 Silver medals
🥉 2 Bronze medals

FreeG Grand Prix 1 ✅🔥

A great start to the competition season for our Parkour Competition Squad at Gymnastics NSW FreeG Grand Prix 1! 🙌

We had some fantastic performances across the day, with some great results — especially from those stepping onto the competition floor for the very first time. 👏

We’re proud of every athlete for the effort they’ve put in over the past few months. This is just the beginning! Now it’s time to get back into the gym, keep building new skills, refine our runs, and continue pushing towards the rest of the 2026 season. 💪🤸‍♂️❤️🖤🤍
