Quick inspection of the grounds after last week's 40+ml.

Arena looks amazing.... grounds, well they are a tad damp!

We were very lucky the Avoca River didnt get any higher than a moderate flood level.

GLEN GOUGH HORSEMANSHIP CLINIC – CANCELLED

Unfortunately, due to the rain we have received this weekend and the already saturated condition of the grounds, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the Glen Gough Horsemanship Clinic.

This hasn't been an easy decision, but with conditions already extremely wet, we don't want to risk causing further damage to the grounds and create an unsafe condition for horses and riders.

We know many of you were looking forward to the clinic, and we are incredibly disappointed that it isnt going ahead as planned.

A huge thank you to everyone who registered and supported the clinic, and especially to Glen for his understanding!

The committee will be back behind the bar mixing up some tasty cocktails, but they're still looking for a bit of inspiration.
