There is just something so beautiful about executing a move that you have worked so hard for.
Teaser is just a beautiful symphony of the body readjusting itself to seamlessly (sometimes 🙊) to work together to pull off this move. Mind and body problem solving before you even have a chance to overthink it!
But this just doesn’t happen by accident, your body has already worked on these skills to build up this strength.
Can’t do Teaser? No stress.
We will work on abdominal curl, the hundred, the Roll up and other foundational exercises to get there.
The journey is just as important as the end goal.
Thank you again for another beautiful week of Pilates and working on being capable and strong!

Just a quick post to thank you all again for supporting my small business.
So good to see your faces each time and a special welcome to those who have returned!!! So happy to see you all again!!
Just know I’m here to support and guide you through your Pilates practice but ultimately it’s up to you to put the work in and boy do you all work hard! 👏🏻
I will always ask before class how’s your neck? How’s your back? Because if you are working out here with me I have to make sure you move and stay safe. No sore necks or sore backs now or in the future.
I’m helping quite a few that have injured themselves with Pilates elsewhere and I’m so honoured that you trust me in guiding you through your second go at Pilates.
Please know I do still have some availability with One on Ones, regardless if it is a once off before commencing group classes or ongoing appointments.
Thursday available time 7:30am or 8:30am.
Send me a message if interested or if you have a friend that may be interested.
Thank you again
Anna

Bit by bit you are working on your strength and core foundations.
Using your whole body and breath to take you through the Pilates sequences.
Pilates here is not a mindless workout or rushing to just get the job done. It’s your chance to check in and work with yourself without stressing the body.
A moving mediation while building strength, flexibility and balance.
Once you have experienced the essence of what Pilates is, it’s hard to go back.
Mindfulness, connection and true respect for your body and what it can do and also striving for what it can do in the future.
Hope and love for your yourself.
I love you seeing you all becoming stronger but also mentally stronger and understanding your bodies.
It’s the best feeling
❤️

Posting this here as I have had a high number of enquiries lately asking what the difference is.
I wish I had been this clear earlier on, especially as I have had some clients in the past who clearly needed One on One support as opposed to being in a group class.
Remember I am trying to run a group class of up to 8 people, trying to keep everyone moving and moving safely with no falls/injuries.
This has been my response.
Yes I run private One on One sessions as well as group classes.
It really does depend on what your preference is regarding private or group sessions. And also how you learn something new in a group setting.
Some people find a group class motivating & fun while others may feel overwhelmed especially at the start. This is completely normal but really does depend on personality type. Even though great time & care is taken to help set up for each exercise, I have noticed over the years some people just need extra support. This is why I offer Private sessions.
Private sessions are also for those who are looking to advance their Pilates practice and are interested in learning Pilates as a system with all the apparatus.
Group sessions are a budget friendly way of practicing Pilates for those who attend multiple times a week or even once a week if adding in Pilates to an existing exercise schedule or sport.
As the classes are a mixed class of beginners to advanced, different levels of the exercises are offered in the same class.
Private classes are based entirely on your current ability and all the focus and attention is on you. Also less overwhelming for those types who can easily feel lost in a group classes.
Group classes are booked online through the website and One on One classes are booked by emailing me to organise a suitable time.
There are 2 time options for Private sessions.
40 mins & 1 hour.
Thank you

What an amazing week of Pilates!
I see you in each class working so hard for your present you and your future you.
Trying the harder things (looking at you teaser) and pulling back when your body is asking you for less that day.
Thats the beauty of Pilates, you are in charge of your body and do what’s right for you on the day.
I’m here to guide and support you all on your Pilates journey. Whether it is a Private session or in a group class, I’m always looking to keep you working safely and to your full potential.
Thank you for being you and all the laughs ❤️
Have a beautiful weekend and see you all next week.
