Our next Come and Try day will be held on Saturday 12 September as part of Castle Hill’s Orange Blossom Festival.

This is a fantastic opportunity for kids (and adults!) to jump on a bike in a safe and fun environment.

Our qualified coaches will be there to answer questions and help new riders navigate the track for the first time. Plus, we’re hosting a free sausage sizzle for all newcomers and their families 🌭

Did you know we have our own Knights Facebook group page exclusively for Castle Hill BMX members?

The group is there to help keep our members up to date with club information on and around the track plus a way for members to interact and communicate with each other on all things BMX.

All requests are verified to ensure you are a Castle Hill BMX Club member and we will ask for your rider details when requesting to join.

For any of our newer members who aren’t familiar with the AusCycling BMX Racing State Series ACT/NSW, here is a little bit of information -

Multi-Round Competition:
The State Series consists of designated rounds hosted at different BMX tracks throughout NSW/ACT. Riders earn overall series ranking points at each individual round.

Development & Pathway:
It provides structured competitive racing, allowing athletes to test their skills against riders from across the state/territory.

Diverse Categories & Eligibility:
State Series events cater to all skill levels and age groups including Mini Wheelers and Sprockets, Challenge, Cruiser, Masters, Junior Superclass, and Superclass. Entrants must hold a valid AusCycling Race Membership.

Qualifications & Rankings:
Points accumulated across individual rounds contribute toward end-of-season State Series Standings.

Official Technical Governance:
Each round operates under standard UCI and AusCycling Technical Regulations, governed by official Technical Guides that detail age categories, race schedules, track layouts, transponder requirements, and scoring guidelines.

Another fantastic night of racing last night at Castle Hill BMX for Round 4 of Series 2! It was great to see so many of our riders out there giving it 100%. From explosive gate starts to fast finishes, well done everyone! 🙌
