Strength training isn’t just something women can do. It’s something we NEED to do. 💪🏻
As we get older, maintaining muscle, strength and bone density becomes more important than ever.
We’re not training just to change how our bodies look.
We’re training to stay strong, capable and independent.
To carry the groceries. Pick up the kids. Get off the floor. Keep doing the things we love.
Strong now = more freedom later.
Lift the weights, ladies. Your future self will thank you. ❤️

You think you’re joining a gym to change your body.
But somewhere along the way, you find so much more.
You find people who notice when you’re not there.
A routine that becomes part of your life.
Confidence you didn’t know you were missing.
Strength that goes way beyond what you can lift.
You might walk in wanting to change your body…
but finding the right people to train with can change your whole life. ❤️
You’re never too late to start.
Never too late to get strong.
And never too late to feel the best you ever have. ❤️
There is no age where you’ve missed your chance.
You can start at 30, 40, 50, 60 or beyond. You can build strength, confidence and a body that supports the life you want to live.
You don’t need to be where you used to be.
Just start from where you are.
Strong has no age limit. 💪🏻
No better way to kick off the week 💪🏻🔥
Monday morning. Strong start. Let’s set the tone for the week ahead. 🙌🏻
Can you feel it?! ☀️
This week is officially the last full week of winter and I swear there’s already a different energy in the air.
The mornings are getting lighter, the days are getting longer and we’re heading into one of my favourite times of the year to train.
If you’ve kept showing up through winter — be proud of that. Those cold, dark mornings are where a lot of the work gets done.
And if winter got the better of you a little… who cares. Spring is around the corner and there’s no better time to get moving again.
Last full week of winter — let’s make it count. 💪🏻
All ages. All stages. All starting points. 💪
You don’t have to be the strongest in the room. You just have to be committed to becoming stronger than you were.
That’s what I love about training — strength looks different on everyone, but there’s always somewhere to go. ❤️
There’s something pretty special about putting yourself to the test. 💪🏻
We did bench press testing the other day, and I was so proud of everyone.
We had goals reached, goals missed, some surprises and first-time testers — but every one showed up and gave it their best effort.
And that’s exactly why we test!
It’s not about comparing your number to anyone else’s. It’s about creating a baseline — knowing where you are right now so you’ve got something real to work from and something to measure your progress against.
A number doesn’t define how strong you are. But watching that number move over time is a pretty bloody good reminder of what consistent training can do.
So proud of the effort, the encouragement and the way everyone got behind each other.
Now we train. And next time, we see what’s changed. 💪🏻
Waiting patiently for the Mum who’s scared of lifting weights to find my page…
The Mum who thinks she’s “not strong enough” to start.
Who worries she’ll do it wrong.
Who thinks lifting heavy is for younger women, fitter women… or just someone else.
You don’t need to be strong before you start.
That’s literally what we’re here to teach you.
How to lift.
How to move well.
How to get stronger safely.
And eventually, how to surprise yourself with what your body is capable of. 💪
You’re not too old. You’re not too unfit. And you definitely don’t need to know what you’re doing before you walk through the door.
We’ll teach you. ❤️
Life doesn’t have to be perfect.
And neither does your training.
You don’t need the perfect week.
The perfect program.
The perfect diet.
Or 100% motivation every single day.
Some weeks you’ll smash it.
Some weeks you’ll just get it done.
Both count.
Because fitness isn’t about doing everything perfectly — it’s about doing enough, often enough, to keep moving forward.
I truly believe we can have it all!
What if you can be strong AND enjoy your life?
Train hard AND have the wine?
Have goals AND give yourself some grace?
Want more for yourself without your whole life revolving around fitness?
Maybe you don’t need to choose.
Maybe you just need to stop chasing perfect and start building a life — and a body — that feels bloody good to live in. ❤️

Social media has blurred the line between being smaller and being healthier. Somewhere along the way, our idea of what a “healthy” body looks like became distorted.
Not because of one thing.
Not because of weight-loss medications.
Not because of filters.
Not because of cosmetic procedures.
But because we’re constantly shown the same type of body over and over again.
Social media isn’t showing us reality. It’s showing us an algorithm designed to keep us engaged. It learns what catches our attention and gives us more of it—until we start believing that’s what everyone looks like.
Before we know it, we’ve started confusing thinness with health and appearance with wellbeing.
But health has never been one body type.
Health is strength.
Health is energy.
Health is resilience.
Health is confidence.
Health is looking after yourself in a way that’s sustainable—not chasing an image the algorithm has convinced you is “normal.”
Health is so much more than a number on the scales.
