“I just need to get back into it.”
If you’ve been saying that for 6 months, it’s probably time to stop waiting for the perfect time.
Because the longer you wait, the harder it feels to start.
You don’t need to go from 0 → 100.
You don’t need perfect nutrition.
You don’t need more motivation.
You don’t need to wait until life calms down.
You need a starting point.
Two sessions.
A simple plan.
Someone to keep you accountable.
Then you build from there.
That’s the whole point of coaching — we help you keep moving, even when life gets messy.
Don’t switch off. Dial down. Stay in the game.
The person you want to become is built by what you do next.
Start now. 💪

Yes, a calorie deficit is required to lose body fat.
But eating less and eating well are NOT the same thing.
If you drastically reduce calories while neglecting protein and strength training, you risk losing muscle alongside the fat.
And losing muscle isn’t what we want.
The goal isn’t to see how little you can eat.
The goal is to lose body fat while maintaining as much muscle as possible.
That means:
Prioritise protein
Strength train consistently
Create a sensible calorie deficit
Give your body a reason to keep its muscle
Don’t just chase a lower number on the scales. Chase a better body composition.
Eat less? Sometimes.
Eat better? Always.
🌟 ALL STAR OF THE WEEK — EMMA 🌟
8KG DOWN IN 8 MONTHS. 🔥
But the number isn’t even the best part…
Emma has shown us what sustainable transformation actually looks like.
She’s made her training and habits non-negotiable — consistently showing up, staying accountable, and doing the work week after week.
No crash diets.
No all-or-nothing approach.
No chasing quick fixes.
Just consistency, patience and keeping the promises she made to herself.
That’s the stuff that creates lasting change. 💪
Emma, you should be bloody proud of this one.
8kg down. 8 months of consistency. And plenty more to come. ❤️🔥
Stop falling for the starvation trap! 🛑
Think eating less is always the secret to weight loss? Think again. Slashing calories to the extreme while keeping your protein low is actually the fastest way to trash your metabolism, drain your energy, and lose hard-earned muscle instead of fat. 📉💪
Fuel smarter, protect your muscle, and stop starving your body.

You sit for 8 hours a day.
Then wonder why your body feels stiff, tight and flat by 5pm. 😅
Your body was built to move — not sit in the same position all day.
You don’t need to “undo” your desk job with a brutal workout.
Start simple:
👉 Get up and move regularly
👉 Walk more throughout the day
👉 Move your hips, spine and shoulders
👉 Strength train consistently
Small amounts of movement, done consistently, add up.
You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to keep moving.
Strong beats skinny. Mobile beats broken. 💪

Easy mode activated, every week these will get harder 📚
Guess the muscle groups 🤔
What’s that motion 🤔
Tendon this, ligament that 🤔
Who knows what’s going to be asked next 😎
Most people train to look better.
I train so I can sprint after my kid down a steep hill when his bike has brakes he isn’t sure how to use!
Byron was fine. But I stood there afterward realising something.
The ability to move explosively when it matters, not in a planned session, not when you’re warmed up, not when you’re ready, just disappears after 40 if you’re not training for it.
Nobody schedules the moments that test your body. They just arrive.
That’s the whole point of this.
Not the mirror. Not the scale.
Being ready when life asks something of you without warning.
That’s why I train
