• 5 min each
• 4 min each
• 3 min each
• 2 min each
• 1 min each
Total workout time: 30 minutes.
The goal? Accumulate as many calories as possible on the Echo Bike.
🏆 The Benchmark
Craig & Dane
* 🔥 611 Calories
* ⏱️ Calories per Minute: 20.37 cal/min
* 👥 Combined body weight: 160 kg
* 📊 3.82 Calories/kg
How to Calculate Your Score
1. Add your team’s total calories.
2. Add both athletes’ body weights (kg).
3. Divide your total calories by your combined body weight.
Formula:
Total Calories Ă· Combined Body Weight (kg) = Calories/kg
Example:
611 Ă· 160 = 3.82 Calories/kg
This creates a fair comparison between teams of different body weights.
Think you can beat 611 calories or better yet, knock off the benchmark of 3.82 Calories/kg?
Tag your training partner, give it a crack, and post your score!
