It’s a reminder that mental health matters, and that no one in our club community should feel like they have to carry things alone.

Whether you’re a player, parent, coach, volunteer or supporter, it’s okay to talk, it’s okay to ask for help, and it’s okay to check in on someone else.

Join us at our Mental Health BBQ this weekend. Come down, grab a bite, connect with others, and help us keep kicking off the conversation.

Club Photo Days are locked in for this weekend!

If you would like individual portraits of your child, please note that portraits are available by pre-order only.

⚠️ No pre-order means no individual photo will be taken.
Orders can be placed anytime up until photo day (including on the day itself).
Orders must be completed online before your child’s scheduled team photo session. If it’s not done in time, their individual portrait cannot be captured.

Our Mental Health BBQ on 27/28 June is a chance to pause, connect and support each other as a club community.

Players of all ages down at Carine Open Space this morning - Lil Hammers, goal keeping training and 2 Cup games ⚽️⚽️

Taking care of yourself is part of being part of a team 💚

Rest, connection, asking for help, and checking in with others all matter.
