Well done to all our TEES members who took on the Sunshine Coast Marathon Festival events over the weekend! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

We had a smaller group at training last night, but we know many of you were still recovering after an incredible weekend of racing.

Whether you tackled the marathon, half marathon, 10km, 5km or cheered from the sidelines, congratulations on your achievement. We hope you enjoyed everything the Sunshine Coast Marathon had to offer and are proud of the effort you put in.

A huge congratulations to all of our TEES runners who took on the South Burnett Express Rail Trail Relay today! 👏💙💛

An early start was made even tougher with a freezing -2°C morning, but that certainly didn’t stop our runners from giving it everything they had! ❄️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

The South Burnett Express Rail Trail Relay is about so much more than racing. It’s about teamwork, supporting one another, and enjoying one of Queensland’s most scenic running events.

Each runner tackled their own leg before tagging the next teammate, with every effort helping the team make its way back to Kingaroy. From fast finishes to encouraging cheers on the sidelines, it was fantastic to see everyone giving it their all.

Congratulations to our TEES members who competed across the 2026 SEQ Cross Country series. Tonight some of our TEES members were awarded a Gold, Silver or Bronze medal across the different categories 👏

🏃‍♀️ Queensland Cross Country Championships – This Saturday! 🏃‍♂️

A reminder that the Queensland Cross Country Championships are on this Saturday, 11 July at Jimboomba Little Athletics Club.

Whether you’re chasing a podium finish, a PB, or simply looking to represent TEES on the state stage, we’d love to see as many blue and white singlets out there as possible! 💙❤️

⏰ Entries close tomorrow (Tuesday 7 July) at 9:00am, so don’t leave it until the last minute.

Congratulations to everyone who took part in the Gold Coast Marathon weekend! 🎉

We had TEES runners represented across every event, and by all accounts it was an incredible weekend filled with PBs, personal achievements and plenty of smiles.

It’s been fantastic seeing everyone proudly wearing their hard-earned bling—whether back at training or making the most of an extended stay on the Gold Coast. 🏅☀️

Well done to every runner, volunteer and supporter who helped make the weekend such a memorable one. We’re proud of you all! 💙❤️
