Behind every Cardiff team is a coach who gives their time, energy, patience and heart to help our players grow.
They teach skills, but they also teach resilience, teamwork, confidence, sportsmanship and how to celebrate each other. They turn up week after week, often doing far more behind the scenes than anyone sees.
As convenor, I get to see just how much our coaches put into their teams and I honestly couldn't be prouder of the coaching team we have at Cardiff Netball Club.
Thank you for the early mornings, the afternoon trainings, the game-day nerves, the planning, the encouragement, the problem-solving, the laughs and most importantly, for believing in our players.
You are a huge part of what makes Cardiff such a wonderful club.
Thank you for everything you do. We appreciate you more than you probably realise.💚💛
