Beach Safety Tip #1

Things to do If caught in a rip:
(1) Stay calm
(2) Signal for help
(3) Go with the rip and swim to either side
(4) Once clear of rip, swim to shore

Here are some great pictures of how to spot a 'RIP' at the beach. If ever you are caught in a rip - go with it as you swim to either side. The 'rip' will disperse as it goes out.
