Introducing our NEW Acro Handstand Class! 🤸

Designed exclusively for Forefront Gymnastics Development athletes and Level 2–4 Squad members, this acrobatics class is the perfect opportunity to build strong technical foundations and take your gymnastics to the next level.

Athletes will develop:
✨ Strong, confident handstands
✨ Balance, strength, body awareness & control
✨ Progressive acro skills through targeted conditioning and skill development
✨ Technical foundations that support success across all gymnastics disciplines

Whether you're interested in exploring Acrobatic Gymnastics as a future competition pathway or you're a current squad gymnast looking to build extra strength, stability and confidence, this class is the perfect addition to your training.

📍 Who can enrol?
Participants must have prior experience in a WAG, MAG or TUM development program or be a current Level 2–4 Squad member.

Our 2026 Australian Championships Tumbling Team is officially in action!

With the first two days of competition complete, and a fantastic bronze medal already secured by Louisa 🥉, we're celebrating the athletes, coaches and families who have put in so much hard work to make this week possible.

We're incredibly proud of the commitment, resilience and teamwork that has brought our athletes to the national stage. We hope you're soaking up every moment, supporting one another, and making memories to last a lifetime while competing alongside Australia's best.
