We had 25 competitors for our August First Sunday of the Month competition on a glorious and sunny winter day. In the men’s division, Alan B led the field on the day, with Remi second and Rob F third. In the women’s division Megan was first on the day, with Kerry H second and Helen third.

Nobody won 3 games from 3, but several people won 2 from 2: Rob F, Megan, Helen and newcomer Mitch. There were no changes to the women’s overall leaderboard, with Isa leading, Adele second and Catherine third. However, in the men’s overall leaderboard, Greg dropped from 2nd to 4th place so Smitty is still first but Rob F moved up to second and Remi to third.

A huge thank you to Michael T and Jane for doing the piste sweeping and to Rob M and Helen for doing the lane marking. Thanks also to Rob M for umpiring all 3 games and to Helen for co-umpiring one game.

Congratulations to Remi, Vincent and Neil on winning the consulant. Grant , Jeff and Rob F. made a fun team.
