IONIC 1st Birthday Bash 💙💜🩷

As we sit here on Sunday morning reflecting on yesterday, we are completely overwhelmed with gratitude.

To everyone who came along to celebrate our first birthday, thank you. Taking time out of your weekend to support IONIC Athletics means more to us than we could ever put into words. The energy, smiles, laughter, and sense of community reminded us exactly why we started this journey.

To our incredible members, friends, family, and partners. Thank you for believing in us. Thank you for showing up, not just yesterday, but every single day. Your trust, support, and commitment allow us to do what we love, and we never take that for granted.

This past year has been an incredible journey filled with growth, challenges, and so many unforgettable moments. We are proud of everything we’ve built together, but we’re even more excited about what’s still to come. We truly believe this is only the beginning.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being part of the IONIC family. We can’t wait to continue growing alongside you, creating more memories, celebrating more milestones, and making the years ahead even more special.

What an incredible day it was, and such an honour to be invited by the Cancer Council to be part of Relay For Life. Being able to support in even a small way—helping with warm-ups, cool-downs, and stretching for so many amazing people—was truly special.

Cancer has touched all of us in some way, whether personally or through someone we love, and that makes events like this hit close to home. To stand alongside such a strong, resilient community and contribute however we could was a genuine privilege.

To everyone still out there showing up, staying strong, and continuing the fight—you have our deepest respect. Keep going, keep pushing, and keep fighting the good fight. We’re right behind you every step of the way.

The vibes were absolutely electric this morning on this wonderful public holiday Monday!

From some people stepping into their very first class, to others conquering their first rope climbs, and even a few hitting PRs on their back squat 💪🏼— to say fun was had would be a serious understatement.

One thing we truly live by is that fitness should be fun. It doesn’t have to feel scary or intimidating. It should be something that brings people together, builds confidence, and leaves you walking out with a big smile (and maybe a little sweat 😅).

We absolutely love what we do, and we’re grateful for our ever-growing, incredible community that shows up and brings the energy every single day.

What an epic morning. Today, the IONIC community really came together to raise awareness and funds for an incredible charity, Bravehearts. One of our amazing members, , will be participating in the 7-7-7 later this year — 7 Marathons, 7 Days, 7 Cities.

Today was all about raising awareness, supporting the cause, and most importantly, coming together and having fun. We want to thank everyone who showed up and contributed, as well as all the local businesses who donated so generously.

Lastly, from all of us, we are incredibly grateful and cannot thank everyone enough. This is why we do what we do — and without you all, none of this would be possible. Much love Sarita, Woody and Bo
