We are the Broulee Surfers Surf Life Saving Club, Canberra Surf Boat Team. Not a sport for the faint hearted, we train primary on Lake Burley Griffin at Kingston Foreshore. Although uncommon for surfboat rowers to come from Canberra we certainly are a tough bunch! Even the cold Canberra winters, blue green algae and 5am starts aren’t enough to stop us. You’ll usually find us after training on Saturday tucking into a hearty breakfast and getting a caffeine hit at an Kingston cafe!
