Big evening for two inspirational LTA members Kate and Denzil...

Kate achieved the rank of 6th Dan and Denzil 7th Dan with both being recognised with LTA's prestigious 'LIFE MEMBER' of LTA. Kate has been training with GM Lee more than 20 years and Denzil over 25 years. A huge congratulations to both on their personal and professional achievements to date, LTA looks forward to see what comes next for these two legends in Taekwondo.

LTA also wishes Kate the very best as she heads to Korea next month representing Australia at the 2026 World Poomsae Championships, and LTA members will also greatly miss Kate as she relocates temporarily to Thailand.

10 years ago an 8yr old started training at LTA and over the years has won medals in poomsae at state, national and international level and has participated at many community-based events. She has progressed through the ranks to gain 3rd Dan Kukkiwon certification and was a senior instructor with LTA. Ella is moving on from LTA as a Lead Instructor to further her study and work commitments. LTA thanks Ella for her passion, dedication and commitment to members here at LTA, she will be greatly missed by all members who trained with her and under her. Thank you Ella...
