We are incredibly proud to see our local Canberra handballer, Brianna “Bree”, selected to represent Australia at the Wheelchair Handball World Championships in Granollers, Spain, from 16-20 September! 🤾‍♀️♿️

A former indoor handball player, Bree has been selected for the Australian wheelchair team following her disability classification. She is now set to make handball history as the first player ever to compete at both an able-bodied and a wheelchair Handball World Championship! 🌏🏆

What an extraordinary achievement and an incredible opportunity to represent Australia on the world stage. We couldn’t be prouder of Bree and all she has accomplished to reach this moment. 💚💛

We can’t wait to see you take the court, Bree, and we’ll be cheering for you! Go Australia! 🇦🇺🔥

What a fantastic handball weekend!!🎊

A huge congratulations to all our junior men and women who represented the ACT and NSW at the Juniors National Handball Championship in Sydney this weekend and a very special congratulations to our U18 boys who are National Champions!!🤾🏼🏆

We're incredibly proud of the skill, determination, teamwork and sportsmanship you all showed in and off the court. Every game was a chance to learn, compete and grow and you gave it your all!💪🏼

A massive thank you to our incredible coaches, families, supporters, amazing organising committee and everyone behind the scenes who helped make this unforgettable weekend possible!💗
