Coffee by myself, time to journal, and then a walk with one of my strawberry friends.

This is how I nurture my soul.

As mums, we spend so much time caring for everyone else that taking time for ourselves can feel selfish.

But our children don’t need a mother who constantly runs on empty. They need a mother who knows how to pause, regulate her nervous system and return feeling calmer, lighter and more present.

It doesn’t need to take all day. Sometimes it’s a quiet coffee, a few pages in your journal or a walk with someone who lifts you up.

Taking time out doesn’t take me away from my family. It helps me come back as the regulated mother I want to be.

If you’ve been waiting for permission to take a moment for yourself, this is your sign.

**You’re coaching well.**

The macros are dialled in.
The programming is solid.
And your client is **still self-sabotaging**.

Sound familiar?

Across the Advanced Practitioner Course, we went far beyond simply understanding emotional eating.

We moved into the practical tools, scripts and coaching processes you can use when nutrition advice, meal plans and accountability are no longer enough.

You will learn how to confidently support clients with:

• Binge and emotional eating patterns
• Self-sabotage and unconscious behaviours
• Limiting beliefs and identity
• Internal parts conflict
• Emotional release
• Family roles and archetypes
• Inner-child patterns
• Unmet needs and boundaries
• Creating deeper, lasting behaviour change

You will receive access to the complete advanced training, demonstrations, scripts, worksheets and practice sessions, with lifetime access to the replays.

This founding offer of **$97 will not be available again once the program enters its next stage of development**.

This is your opportunity to deepen your skills and become the coach your clients need when macros and meal plans are not enough.

Once you understand the emotional eating pattern, you can’t unsee it.

A trigger happens.

Your client gives that experience meaning.

That meaning creates an uncomfortable emotion.

Food provides fast relief.

Then guilt and shame create even more emotional discomfort, restarting the cycle.

This is why another meal plan, tighter macros or more accountability often fails to create lasting change.

The food is the outcome.

The pattern begins before your client starts eating.

When you understand the sequence, you can stop repeating nutrition advice and start asking better questions.

You can help your client identify what happened, what they made it mean and what need food is currently meeting.

This is the gap between macros and therapy.

And with the right framework, PTs and coaches can confidently work within that gap while remaining within their scope.

Feeling the urge to binge? Try these three quick hacks. First, ask 'One, two, three, what's bothering me?' to uncover the root cause. Second, use HALT-B (Hungry, Anxious, Lonely, Tired, Bored) to identify your trigger. Finally, ground yourself by listing 5 things you can see, touch, and hear. Practice these to regain control.
