After a slow start last night the Under 19 Div 2A boys got going, finishing their season on a high with a one point win over Burgmann, 42-41. Well done team!

The Under 16 Div 3 Bush Rats wrapped up their season today, defeating third-place Girls Grammar 29-14. No finals campaign but some quality gelato eased any disappointment! Well done crew and thanks Coach Petar!!

The Under 14 Div 1 girls wrapped up their season last night, putting in one of their best performances against the ladder-leading Radford crew. The girls went down 38-49, but they worked super hard to stay in the contest throughout. Great work team and thanks Coach Ben!!

Stunning win for the U14 Div 2B Desert Rats this afternoon, scoring the final two baskets to grab a one point win over Queanbeyan 36-35.

Friday night JPL with some close results, our U19 girls getting up in OT while our U12 girls had a fantastic game, leading their top-four opponents at the half and putting 46 points on the board!!

Important win for our Prem 2 women at Tuggeranong last night, overcoming a final term deficit to pip Queanbeyan 57-54. Indi Clowry was again huge with 23 points, Ellie Robinson had 11 and both Sarah Skidmore and Siara Atem 9.

The curtain closed on our women’s Prem 1 season last night, falling to Queanbeyan 59-92. The game was relatively open, Queanbeyan able to dominate the second half to take the win. Laela Watson was on target for Rats, leading scoring with 15, while Madi Scholfield had 11 and Ilijana Matijevic (supported by All States Towing) with 9.

While our women won’t be be playing finals, our men booked their place in the top four last night (first time in seven years?), defeating Dodgers 88-76. With injuries still impacting the group, Coach Nocera was delighted with the effort across four quarters, gritty defence the key. Matthew Beard-Browning was huge with a 24 point triple double, Bior Duoot (supported by Ginninderry Homestead - Canberra Wedding Venue) had 18 and Kai Hush 17, while Liam Naughton complemented his 9 points with an immense 17 rebounds.

Big shout out to Max Morphy who made his Prem 1 debut last night. Max has been bustling, setting screens and contesting every board all season in Prem 2, getting better every outing. Well done Max!!!

Our Prem 2 men have the bye tonight while our women take on Queanbeyan at Tuggeranong from 7.40pm.

Round 20 Prem 1 action tonight! Our women will be looking to end their season on a bright note, taking on Queanbeyan at Belconnen from 7pm while our guys have a very big date with Dodgers at Tuggeranong from 7.10pm.
