THE NEWS WE HAVE ALL BEEN WAITING FOR!
We are returning to CDT from next Monday 24 August.
The air conditioning ducting has now been fully remediated.
The tarkett is carrying some scratches with one tear at the point that received the major impact of the ducting.
If you attend WEDNESDAY or SATURDAY BALLET classes there might be a delay in the return to CDT. Please check with Jenny or email [email protected] for timely updates about this.
Until an assessment of the floor has been done by a dance floor specialist (ANU is arranging this) we will be dancing around a no-go zone approximately 1 metre square.
Please spread the word, especially to any fellow dancers who don't regularly read emails or check social media.

The Mid Winter Showing 2026 performances finished with the fantastic Start Wearing Purple, performed by GOLD. This humorous piece, by Jane Ingall, enthralled and delighted us - a wonderful ending to the night.

Olivia Sutton was the third soloist for the Mid Winter Showing 2026. Her performance of Emeralds topped off the solos and her gentle and polished rendition of the piece truly did it justice.

The Contemporary class presented a flowing class phrase for the Mid Winter Showing 2026. Choreographed and expanded, by Gabriel Sinclair, into an overlay of movement scores, intersecting pathways and motifs and cleverly combined into a relaxing and fluid insight into class work.
