Trials for our 2027 Ivor Burge, U18 and U20 teams begin next week and there is still time to register to trial!

Make sure to register as early as possible to assist with sizing for trial singlets.

Please note the change in time for U18 Women Trials. Dates and venues are still the same.

Kate Tominac and John Stelzer Cup

On Friday 21 August, Basketball ACT hosted the annual Kate Tominac and John Stelzer Cup involving College's from all over Canberra competing in the annual gala day with teams from: Dickson College, Lake Ginninderra College, Erindale College, Daramalan College, and Canberra Grammar School.

The Women's Grand Final was between Lake Ginninderra College and Erindale College, with Erindale taking out the Kate Tominac Cup with the final score of 41-37

In the Men's Final, also between Lake Ginninderra College 2 and Erindale College 2, Lake Ginninderra took out the title with a score of 55-41.

The 2026 Waratah League season has come to an end for the Gunners and Nationals Academy teams, with two of the sides competing in the Grand Finals held at Sutherland Basketball Stadium, on Saturday 22 August.
