Meet Rosanna
We asked her a few questions:
đ Whatâs a completely unnecessary hill youâll die on?
Stone fruits should only be firm and crunchy
đ Whatâs a tiny thing that instantly makes your day better?
Seeing something purple đ and a good cup of coffee âď¸
đ What does âfeeling betterâ mean to you right now?
Good quality sleep
đ Whatâs one movement myth youâd happily retire forever?
The term âPilates bodyâ.
đ What do you love most about the Feel Better community?
Whatâs not to love? I love seeing how supportive and encouraging everyone is and how this community extends beyond the studio walls.
đ Are you a Pilates princess or a Pilates gremlin?
Definitely a Pilates gremlin

You might fall in love with Pilates on day one. But we think eight classes will make you obsessed.
That's the idea behind Go Slow. Eight classes, 28 days, enough time to actually find your rhythm instead of just dipping a toe in.
Some people know by class three. Others need all eight to feel it click. Either way, by the end you'll know which machine's yours, which teacher's cues make sense to your brain, and probably which class time you'll fight to keep.
Go Slow is live, link in bio to grab yours.

Feel Better is for you if you need one thing in the week that's just yours.
Feel Better is for you if want to get properly good at something, not just show up.
Feel Better is for you if you're starting again and want somewhere that doesn't make you feel behind.
Feel Better is for you if you want a workout and a reason to actually leave the house.
If you're ready to get started, head to the link in bio.

Correct us if we're wrong, but we think the community at Feel Better is one of the best there is.
You can walk in not knowing a single person and by the end of class you're laughing along like you've always been part of the furniture. That's just what happens here.
If you're already part of it, you know. If you're not yet, well, we did warn you we think we're pretty great.

Harvard just published one of the largest studies on resistance training and longevity ever done.
147,000 people, 30 years of data, and the amount of strength training linked to the biggest longevity gains is probably what you're already doing.
Details in the slides, your gonna want to save this one.

Ever wondered what a Circuit class is?
Circuit classes arenât that different to what you know from the gym. A series of stations utilising different Pilates equipment and targeting different muscle groups where youâll repeat movements for a set number of reps then move on. The aim is to keep people moving consistently throughout the class, expose you to all the Pilates apparatus in studio, build strength and skill and to get through the full circuit in the time allocated. Each circuit is run across both studios for 12 weeks so you can nail the moves.
Some previous apparatus experience (on any or all - reformer/tower/chair/barrels) is essential.

How should you feel after your first Pilates class? Sore, tired, a bit wobbly, all of the above?
Here's what's actually normal.
Swipe through, and if anything feels off rather than just new, that's what your teacher's there for.
