THE DOME FADDEN CLOSING

We are broken hearted to announce that we are closing The Dome Fadden.

On 21st June the Dome venue experienced catastrophic flooding from a broken fire hydrant that sent millions of litres of water over our four basketball courts during the night. The four basketball courts are irretrievably damaged. We have insurance that would mostly contribute to the costs to replace these floors and when we attempted to negotiate arrangements with the venue owner, (who had been repeatedly asked to repair the broken fire hydrant prior to it failing and flooding our part of the venue), they have terminated our lease and have given us 14 days to remove all business items from the building.

We are sorry to our loyal basketball community. We are already closed and selling all the business items through a venue garage sale this Saturday at The Dome. Please help us by spreading the word.

TERM FOUR SUMMER SEASON – SUMMER ’23 INVITATIONAL

Want more Basketball in the summer?! Want to prepare your athlete for Representative Trials and Club competition? We got you sorted!!

Hundreds of athletes from U12-U20 and seven divisions!

TERM FOUR SUMMER ’23 INVITATIONAL – $260
Term Four – Seven Week Season
Scorers Academy Drink Bottle Included
Sundays at times between 8am and 6pm at University of Canberra Courts
Two hour sessions – One hour skills and team concepts and one hour of games including referees, full score bench and player statistics.
Uniforms are compulsory and can be hired ($25) or purchased ($99)
Paid professional coaches for all teams.
Players are placed into divisions based on skills, size and capability rather than age.
We have divisions from U12 to U20s boys and girls. This program is not suitable for beginner players.

CALENDAR
Please refer to the calendar tab in the app to see program dates, as we do not have sessions during the week that Scorers Academy teams will be in Singapore for the Asia Pacific Cup.

WHAT TO DO NEXT?
Complete the Expression of Interest through Register and Pay on the Scorers Academy app
Then wait for coaches to announce selected players for the program.
