Our professionally equipped gym and training facilities have been designed to cater for everyone – whether you’re a beginner or an elite athlete with specific requirements. We offer standard memberships to our climate controlled gym and swipe tag access so members can access the floor 24/7. Nick and the other personal trainers provide one-on-one consults and personalised programs to help you meet your specific goals. Our range of group training classes provides a variety of opportunities to exercise with others and receive cost-effective expert advice. Whether it’s through our personal training, group classes, general memberships or our affiliations with Allied Health Professionals – we strive to give you the knowledge and guidance you need to achieve your specific goal. Our state of the art facility is located in the centre of Camperdown, where all your training needs can be met. You can train in private, out on the main floor, within our smaller rooms or even outdoors – the choice is yours. We’re committed to providing an environment you’re comfortable in and where you can actively maintain your health and wellbeing.

It was awesome seeing our crew encourage each other, celebrate every obstacle and cheer their mates on from start to finish. Big smiles, plenty of hi-5’s and some seriously good vibes! That’s what our Infinite Health Co community is all about 🙌

From costumes and onesies to outfits we never thought we'd see in the gym, our members fully embraced the challenge and brought plenty of laughs along the way.
