Problem solving and overcoming challenges make up a big part of training Jiu Jitsu. We teach kids to try techniques and concepts without fear of judgement, developing an ego free learning environment. Sometimes, making mistakes is how we learn. This allows for students to avoid frustration and self doubt, it's a process and we are all on the same journey (coaches too!).
