Tickford Racing

am was initially named Ford Performance Racing, and has been based in Melbourne's north, across the street from Ford Australia's Broadmeadows factory, since its inception. The team was purchased by businessmen Rod Nash, Rusty French, and Sven Burchartz in late 2012, having celebrated two wins at the famed Bathurst 1000 and the 2015 Supercars championship under their leadership. Tickford Racing is the most self-sufficient team in the Supercars paddock, with the vast majority of car preparation and team operation housed within its Campbellfield workshop. Most components on the team's four Ford Mustang Supercars are designed, manufactured, installed, and maintained in-house by the teams numerous departments, including engine, fabrication, machine, sub-assembly, composites, and more.
