REMINDER – EQUESTRIAD ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Our Equestriad Eventing Australia Annual General Meeting will be held this Monday the 31st of August at 7pm at Camden RSL Club.

We would love to welcome anyone interested in getting involved and helping shape the future of Equestriad.

With some exciting plans ahead, this is a great opportunity to come along, meet the team, learn more about what goes into running Equestriad and find out how you can be part of it.

Committee positions for the 2026–2027 year will be open for nomination.

FINAL CALL FOR TRADE STALL HOLDERS

We are finalising our Trade Village for Equestriad Eventing FEI, being held at Camden Bicentennial Equestrian Park on Saturday the 19th and Sunday the 20th of September 2026.

If you have an equestrian, lifestyle, fashion or complementary business and would love the opportunity to showcase your products to competitors, supporters and spectators, this is your final chance to get involved.

Our Trade Village will be positioned front and centre within the event precinct, in a high foot traffic area designed to give our exhibitors great exposure throughout the weekend.

Trade sites are $200 + GST for the event.

We are finalising our trade stall holders this week, so if you have been thinking about joining us, now is the time to get in touch.

Sponsorship opportunities are also available for businesses wanting to increase their presence at the event, and we can tailor packages incorporating both sponsorship and a trade site.

Over the past 12 months, Equestriad has continued to grow, and we are excited about what the future holds. Our Annual General Meeting is an opportunity to reflect on what has been achieved, hear about our plans moving forward, and have your say in the future direction of our organisation.

We encourage all members to attend and become involved. Whether you have been part of Equestriad for many years or are looking to contribute for the first time, we would love to see you there.

Nominations are now open for the following committee positions:

Behind every great event is an incredible team of people giving up their time to make it happen.
From setting up the show jumping, to volunteering throughout the day, to our cross-country judges out on course — this event simply wouldn’t run without you.
A huge thank you to every single person who has helped make this weekend what it is. We appreciate you more than you know.

Through their Community Grant program, they have helped make events like this possible, supporting grassroots sport and creating more opportunities for riders to get out and do what they love.
