โœจ "The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others." โœจ

Most people look for themselves in all the wrong places.

In achievements. In how others see them. In quiet moments of reflection that circle back to the same questions without ever landing on answers.

Purpose doesn't usually show up that way.

It tends to show up when you stop making yourself the centre of the story. When you get genuinely invested in someone else's outcome. When the work you're doing matters to someone beyond you.

That's not self-sacrifice. It's self-discovery through a different door.

The people who seem most settled in who they are aren't the ones who spent the most time analysing themselves. They're the ones who found something worth showing up for.

What would it look like to stop searching and start serving? ๐Ÿค

Showing up to class is the habit. Understanding what's happening in your body is the next level. ๐ŸŽฏ

Most dedicated practitioners spend years on the mat without ever learning the why behind the movement. That's the difference between practising yoga and truly knowing it. ๐Ÿง ๐Ÿ’ช

160 hours in the studio. 40 hours online. Built to close that gap completely.

The September intake is almost here. This is your window.

Tight shoulders, shallow breathing, mind still racing at 10pm. Sound familiar? ๐Ÿ˜ฎ๐Ÿ’จ

Most high performers aren't stressed because they're weak. They're just running a system that was never designed to go this hard for this long without a proper reset.

Yoga gives your nervous system the signal it's been waiting for. You move, you breathe, and something in your body finally settles. You think clearer, sleep better, and show up differently at work and at home.

If you feel constantly switched on, your body is already telling you what it needs.

๐ŸŽ‰ Meet Olivia! She's just completed 60 classes at One Big Heart!

Olivia came to us wanting to reset. Body and mind, a clean slate.

Sixty classes later, a few things have kept her coming back. The community. The energy in the room. But the one that surprised her most is how long the good stuff lasts. It's not just how she feels walking out the door, it's how she feels days and weeks later. The practice keeps working long after the class ends.

Olivia, 60 classes of resetting and rebuilding. Great to have you here. ๐Ÿ’›

If you've been thinking about giving yourself a reset, come say hello.

โœจ Meet Brittnay! โœจ She's just completed 60 classes at One Big Heart!

Brittnay came to us looking for a way to move her body consistently without pushing it too hard. Managing chronic fatigue meant high intensity was off the table โ€” she needed something slower, more intentional, and a community to help her actually show up.

She also runs mums and bubs meditation classes herself, so she knows the value of the inner work. But yoga gave her something her solo practice couldn't โ€” a way to get out of her head and into her body, and a room full of people that made her want to keep coming back.

In her own words, she's never felt more accepted by any other community. That's the one that stays with us.

Brittnay, 60 classes in and you belong here. We're glad you found us. ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป

๐ŸŽ‰ Meet Amanda! She's just completed 400 classes at One Big Heart!

Amanda came to us because of an injury. That was the doorway. What she found on the other side turned into something she can't imagine life without.

400 classes later, yoga isn't a thing Amanda does. It's part of how she lives. And she knows it most when she's away from it. Travel, time off, a stretch away from the studio, and she feels the difference in her whole body, her energy, her wellbeing. The practice gives her something that doesn't quite come from anywhere else, and its absence is loud.

That's what 400 classes builds. Not just a stronger body, but a genuine need for the thing that keeps you well. Amanda has that, and she's earned every bit of it.

Amanda, 400 classes of showing up for yourself. We're honoured to have you in this community, and we're grateful you walked through that door. Here's to the next 400. ๐Ÿ’›

Looking for something you'll wonder how you lived without? Come see what it's about.

Most yoga studios hand you a timetable and wish you luck. ๐Ÿคท

That approach leaves too many people feeling lost, unsupported, and quietly convinced that yoga just isn't for them. It's not a you problem. It's a system problem.

At One Big Heart, every new member starts with a discovery call. We talk through your goals, your body, and what's actually going on in your life. Then we guide you into the right classes and check in along the way.

Not just another class pass. Yoga that actually supports your progress.

๐Ÿ’ฌ "She didn't know what to expect. That's exactly why it worked."

Abby came into teacher training without a checklist.

No outcomes mapped out. No rigid expectations. Just a willingness to show up and see what was possible. ๐Ÿ’›

And that openness is exactly what this training rewards. It meets you where you are and takes you somewhere you couldn't have planned for.

Somewhere better.

If that sounds like what you need right now, everything you need is in our bio.
